We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password so that you can access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential.

Where applicable, we may disclose your personal information to any member of our group. This includes, where applicable, our subsidiaries, our holding company and its other subsidiaries (if any).

Returns & Cancellation Policy

We hope you will be delighted with your product purchased online from, however we understand that sometimes you may wish to return your product. Please find below details of our returns policy:

  1. You may return your product within 14 days by simply logging into your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee to cover card fees, time and packing costs (unless faulty).
  2. Custom made or special order items can only be returned or cancelled for a full refund if faulty. If they are returned or cancelled for any other reason, they will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  3. Regardless of the return reason, the buyer is responsible for return postage. On unwanted items, the buyer is also responsible for the initial postage cost.
  4. We'll notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Unwanted items must be unused and in the condition they were sent. We may also charge a restocking fee. This is to prevent customers from ordering parts 'just in case' they need them. If products are not unused or in good condition, we reserve the right to withhold all or part of the refund payment. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  5. Upon receipt of the product we will check the content to ensure all parts have been returned and if so, we will authorise a credit to the account used to make the purchase. We aim to credit your account within 10 days of the product return.
  6. Where a part is missing we will contact you and advise of the charge for any missing element. We will then credit your account minus the charge. You may return the missing part however the cost of postage will be at your expense.
  7. If the product has been misused or not assembled in the proper manner, we reserve the right to withhold all or part of the refund payment. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  8. If the return is made after 14 days from order being placed, store credit only will be offered as refund.
  9. Occasionally, our suppliers may change the aesthetic appearance of the components. Therefore, some photos may be for illustration purposes only, unless the physical dimensions, measurements or settings of the product changes then accurate updates will be given as soon as practicably possible to the listings. 
  10. Electrical items may not be possible to return in certain circumstances. Air suspension ECU's can not be returned if ordered to "test" with. Various electrical sensors also carry the same non return policy from our suppliers. If you are unsure, please check with our sales team before ordering.

Your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations are not affected by this returns policy.


Gift Cards

Gift Cards purchased are subject to the regular Terms & Conditions listed above. However, they are also sold with their own unique terms in line with Only Charged Dubs' policy. 

1. These terms and conditions tell you about the legal terms and conditions which apply to your purchase and use of a physical Only Charged Dubs gift card.

2. These gift card terms apply to pounds sterling gift cards purchased online through the Only Charged Dubs website (

3. OCD reserves the right to update and change the terms and conditions of our gift cards at any time. This does not affect your legal rights. Use of your gift card constitutes acceptance of our Terms and Conditions and we therefore recommend you read them carefully. It is your responsibility to check these gift card terms from time to time to ensure you are aware of any changes which may have been made. OCD gift cards remain the property of Only Charged Dubs who maintains the right to cancel the card in its sole discretion in situations where it is deemed necessary to do so (such as to comply with applicable laws or as a result of circumstances beyond its control).

4. The value of your gift card can be redeemed online or in-store provided the gift card is redeemed within the redemption period applicable to the jurisdiction where the gift card was originally purchased.

By way of example, a gift card purchased in the UK shall have a redemption period of 12 months from the date of issue.

Should you choose to use your gift card outside of the country it was purchased in, you will be responsible for any foreign exchange rates, applicable on the date of the transaction/s performed. Please note any redemptions and/or balance enquiries will be reflected in the currency applicable to the country you are using it in.

5. The gift card balance cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed against the purchase of another gift card.

6. The maximum amount that an individual gift card can hold is £1000.00.

7. You can perform a Balance enquiry by contacting OCD Sales Team. All contact information is on our website under “Contact Page”. You will need the name of the person who gifted your card in order for the sales team to accurately obtain your balance information.


8. Your OCD gift card is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of activation (which for in-store & online purchases shall be the date of the gift-card purchase) following which they expire automatically. A gift card cannot be used after the expiry date and any remaining balance will be removed and the card will become invalid and no longer available for use. We have no obligation to remind or inform you of a gift card’s expiry and it is your sole responsibility to ensure that any balance is used in full prior to expiry.

9. A Gift Card and its displayed coupon code expires automatically once its balance has been exhausted.

10. Gift Cards may be used to pay for the whole or any part of an in-store purchase or online order. The gift card cannot be used to complete an order that totals less than the gift card value. By example, the order total is £30, and your gift card value is £40. This transaction cannot be completed using your gift card. Your order total must exceed or match the gift cards value.

11. Only one gift card may be used per online order. The gift card must only cover the value of one order, not multiple separate orders.

Lost/ Stolen/ Damaged

12. You are solely responsible for the safe keeping and security of your gift card following delivery. In cases where your OCD gift card is lost or stolen, OCD is unable to replace or reimburse the remaining balance on a card. OCD cannot be held responsible for the any balance lost on a gift card as a result of theft or fraud. All OCD gift cards have a unique Coupon Code hidden by a security panel on the back of the card which is required for online & in-store purchases. OCD cannot be held responsible for any unauthorised use where the coupon code(s) have become known to another party.

13. Should your OCD gift card become damaged, OCD will be able to replace the card providing you still have the card in your possession and the necessary details can be obtained.

Crediting a OCD gift card

14. Please retain any expired gift card used on any orders, should you wish to return your purchase items. Any goods paid for using a gift card that are subsequently returned for a refund will be credited to the original gift card or in the event that you have discarded or misplaced your original card, issued on a new OCD gift card. For returns where part payment was taken from a gift card, the refund will be credited to your gift card in the first instance.

15. If a partial refund is made for any purchase using an OCD gift card and another method of payment, then any refund amount owing will be credited to the OCD gift card in the first instance.

16. If the total to be refunded is more than originally paid by the OCD gift card, then any remaining refund balance will be refunded to the other method of payment used by you (i.e. debit/credit card or cash).

Data Protection

17. Personal data relating to your purchase or use of a gift card will be used in accordance with current applicable data protection and privacy legislation and the our privacy policy which can be found above.

Governing Law and jurisdiction

18. These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.


Air Suspension Kits

All air ride kits are sold for off road use only.

All air ride orders are completely custom and special order. Special order items are not open to returns or refunds. We may offer a partial refund depending upon each individual case but we reserve the right to refuse a refund at all.

If an offer of partial refund is given then this will be minus the original outward shipping costs and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping. 

Once the order is returned it will be checked for damage/missing parts. These will be charged separately on top of the offered refund or we may still refuse any refund completely.


Seeking TUV/Safety Approval Certifications

Please note that all our website products have been thoroughly tried and tested by either OCD and/or the manufacturer. All items meet the regulations required for the country off supply. This means that all product can be used within law in the UK, as we are based in and supplying the product from the UK. 

Should you require any specific approval or certification on the items to allow these parts/modifications within the road safety laws and standards in any other country, it will be the purchasers liability to seek this approval and certification suitably either prior to or post purchase. 

We will happily supply any supporting documents to assist with the process, however we cannot assist further with guaranteeing an approval is successful. We understand that each country has differing standards and safety laws to vehicles used on public roads/highways. Please check your own countries requirements before installation or purchase if necessary. 

OCD can only secure the products are within the guidelines given for UK based regulations. 


Special Order Items

Special Order items are stated as such in either in the product description or upon input of your order by our sales team. Special Order items are decided as being so by our suppliers, not OCD. These items are generally made-to-order, imported-to-order or replacement items. These orders are non-returnable, non-refundable and carry no warranty from supplier or manufacturer. Suppliers do not allow cancellation of these special order items once payment is made and will not allow exchange on these items. The terms of the sale is stated in our T&C's, as well as in your order notes on the invoice sent prior to payment. 

Please assess the terms prior to submitting and confirming your order. 


Warranty Claims

All warranty is issued by the manufacturer of the products sold by Only Charged Dubs Ltd, as an authorised dealer of that manufacturer. Consideration will be made to the manufacturer for all warranty claims and we will act purely as a third party informant between the customer and the manufacturer to settle the claim. Any manufacturers warranty is valid for the terms stated upon purchase and is valid for as long as that manufacturer is in active business and trading state. Should the manufacturer close down and/or seize trading whilst the warranty period is still valid, this action will void any warranty, as there will no longer be a manufacturer trading as liable for the warranty cover. 

TA Technix products carry no warranty policy or protection on their parts or any other components. This is mainly due to the complex EU to UK (and visa-versa) trading laws and standards laws are post-"Brexit". 

Most manufacturer's warranty policies do not cover private or second-hand sales and do not transfer the policy between differing owners. Please check with the manufacturer on this warranty cover before selling or purchasing pre-owned parts. 


BAGS Suspension Warranty Claims: 

For all BC Racing BAGS Suspension Conversion Pack products installed and fitted by the customer on a DIY basis, warranty on these products will only cover instances of production error. Such as any damage or fault that has occurred during manufacturing. BAGS Suspension warranty will not cover any issue beyond installation, as it cannot be ruled out that user error may have been a factor in the fault post-production. Please get in touch with Only Charged Dubs sales team for any enquiries surrounding this warranty cover, as all claims will be considered and dealt with on a case by case basis with the manufacturer. There is a standard 12 months warranty on all individual bags, conversion packs and respective parts. There is a standard 2 years warranty on all BAGS Suspension Full Kits if installed outside of an authorised installer. Or 4 years warranty if installed by an authorised installer. 

BAGS Suspension warranty is non-transferable on all products and will be void upon any private sale or pre-owned state.


Workshop Booking Deposits: 

Only Charged Dubs Ltd. requires a workshop booking for any works/repairs/installation to be carried out by our technicians. The amount of the deposit varies, depending on the labour time involved in the booking. This will be discussed on an individual basis with the customer directly. However, the same T&C's apply all the same. 

The deposit will be taken in order to create the booking. The deposit also secures the date/time of your booking and allows us to order in any parts required for the work intended. The deposit taken shall be deducted from the final invoice total for work undertaken.

The deposit is non-refundable.

The deposit may be transferable, in certain circumstances, but only if sufficient notice of 3 weeks is given from the original booking date. If a new booking date is not yet known, we will only hold your transferable deposit for 4 months before the booking is cancelled. It is the customer's responsibility to inform the company of any new booking dates within this time frame. 

Outside of the above circumstances, your deposit will be non-transferable, forfeited and a new deposit will be required for any new bookings.

Full Terms & Conditions on our Workshop Deposit Scheme is available upon request and is also provided to any customers intending to book, prior to paying a deposit, for electronic signature. Customers will also be expected to read and sign a Workshop Disclaimer Form, which details the condition, standard and safety that the customer’s car is required to be for the booking.

Please also note that Only Charged Dubs Ltd. reserves the right to adjust pricing quoted on any bookings according to inflation and rate adjustments. We cannot guarantee pricing as quoted for any bookings made 6 months in advance.  

Drop Off and Collection Terms: 

Vehicle drop off times will be scheduled directly with each customer, dependant on the works intended. Please note that any customer's wishing to drop their car off outside of our normal operating hours will do so at their own risk. There is access 24 hours a day to our yard, there is premises CCTV, however our business insurance does not cover this out of hours service and there is no key safe available. This action will be completely at the owner’s risk and Only Charged Dubs Ltd. cannot accept any liability or responsibility for any property left at the owners risk. As a company, we naturally prefer any vehicles left with us to be done in person with the customer, so we can discuss the work in full with your designated technician and securely complete the hand over with peace of mind. 

Vehicles dropped off must be as empty as possible. Only Charged Dubs Ltd. cannot be held responsible for personal items left in vehicles. Please note that instances where time is spent emptying vehicles to gain access to a working area may incur additional labour charges. 

In instances whereby there are environmental factors, such as mould, hazardous conditions or excessive rodent presence, which my put our staff at risk, service will be withheld until such time that the customer has resolved these issues. Any booking deposits will be forfeited and retained by the company. A new booking deposit will be required for the vehicles return, once the hazard has been removed/rectified to an agreed standard. 

Due to the requirement of a road test on all bookings, we also ask that the fuel tank of the vehicle being seen on the booking is at least a quarter full on arrival at the premises. Any less than this, may result in extra charges being brought on final invoice for the extra fuel required and staff time taken to refuel the car for the road testing. 

Bookings will often require the vehicle to be with us overnight, or in some cases, for multiple days. The time frame of the booking will be discussed directly with the customer on an individual basis. Please note that all customers should assume the vehicle will be with us longer than 1 day, unless expressly specified. 

Once the work is completed and you have been informed by the company/staff, the vehicle will need to be collected within 2 working days, unless otherwise arranged. If the vehicle is not collected within this time frame, additional charges may be applied. 

When collecting vehicles, our engineers/technicians will walk you through the work completed and demonstrate the operation of the new systems, where applicable. Final payment for the invoice will be taken at the point in which you are completely happy with the products and services supplied. 

Only Charged Dubs Ltd. will send all booking customers a Workshop Booking Disclaimer Form and full T&C’s of our Booking Deposit Scheme to electronically sign, prior to the booking date.


OCD Pro Ship - Annual Free Shipping Membership: 

For customers based in the UK only. We are offering an unlimited express/next day delivery service membership. This service is available to purchase on this website and will apply/validate immediately for the next 12 months, upon payment of the order. 

Note that this service is not available for business use or trade use. Any businesses registering for standard Pro Ship will be refused and refunded. 

If you wish to use the OCD Pro Ship service, once you have successfully paid for the service, you will receive free express UK shipping on all eligible orders placed with Only Charged Dubs for a period of 12 months. The free shipping service may take up to 24 working hours to appear on your account post-purchase. 

Please note that OCD Pro Ship does not operate as a subscription service, and therefore the service/membership does not auto-renew after the initial 12 months period. 

OCD Pro Ship is offered subject to the following conditions, which shall apply in addition to the terms and conditions of any contract you enter into with us for the supply of goods: 

  • OCD Pro Ship is valid only for the customer email address/account login on which it is purchased or applied, and is non-transferable between customers or accounts. 
  • The service is only available for customer orders placed to UK delivery addresses. OCD Pro Ship is not available for any international deliveries or for any "timed" shipping options we offer, such as "guaranteed by 1pm" or Saturday delivery options. These services will be charged per the courier pricing as normal. 
  • Any persons purchasing OCD Pro Ship that do not qualify for the service will be refunded and their membership cancelled with immediate effect. Our sales team will then be in touch with the customer within 24 working hours to discuss this and charge for any owed shipping fees. 
  • Shipments measuring in excess of 35cm x 45cm x 16cm and/or over 2kg will be dispatched via DHL UK courier service (next working day delivery). Any shipments within those measurements and/or below 2kg, will be dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked24 service (next working day delivery) 
  • Shipments exceeding 30kg or 1.2m in length are not eligible for the OCD Pro Ship service and will be charged for separately, although these shipments are rare. 
  • We reserve the rights to: 
    • Charge for delivery in the event that a shipment is palletised or bulky, as per the recommendations above;
    • Refuse, revoke or suspend the OCD Pro Ship service where we suspect that the service is being exploited or misused;
    • Review and update these terms and conditions at any time;
    • Impose a minimum order value for order placed using the OCD Pro Ship service;
    • Change our nominated couriers or delivery arrangements used to deliver the service without notice; and
    • Review and amend the charges for the OCD Pro Ship service at any time. 
  • General lead times apply to some of our products listed online. Should an order be placed for any items with lead times applied, the OCD Pro Ship service does not override the lead time on the product. However, the service will still apply to the item ordered once the item arrives into stock. Therefore, the product will still be dispatched under the OCD Pro Ship terms and on an express delivery service, but only when the item is available as per the lead time warning on the product listing. 
  • In order to use the OCD Pro Ship service, all customers eligible will be asked to create an account with Only Charged Dubs website and the service applied to the account. 
  • Unless states otherwise in this section of the OCD Pro Ship T&Cs, all other terms and conditions apply the same as per the above paragraphs and that in our "Order & Shipping" information tab.
