Please see the below terms and instructions on your AirLift Warranty and how to make a claim:
Air Lift Performance offers a warranty on the following product lines:
- Bolt-on applications: 1 Year Limited Warranty
- (If suspension is purchased alongside a management pack in the same order, the warranty increases to 2 Years.)
- Manual air management/control systems: 1 Year Limited Warranty
- 3H™, 3P™, and 3S™ air management/control systems, including the 3H height upgrade - Purchased pre-03/09/21: Limited LifeTime Warranty
- 3H™, 3P™, and 3S™ air management/control systems, including the 3H height upgrade - Purchased post-03/09/21: 2 Years Limited Warranty
- (If management is purchased alongside a suspension pack in the same order, the warranty increases to 4 Years.)
- Universal Air Struts (Fabricator Kits): No Warranty
- All Compressors: 90 Day Warranty
LIMITED WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY -
FOR ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED BEFORE THE 3RD SEPTEMBER 2021.
WHAT THIS WARRANTY COVERS
Air Lift Company provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original purchaser of its Air Lift Performance 3H ™, 3P™, and 3S™ Control/Air Management Systems, that the Air Lift Performance products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for the normal expected life of the part when used on cars and trucks as specified by Air Lift Company and under normal operating conditions, subject to the requirements and exclusions set forth below.
For all other Air Lift Performance products, Air Lift Company warrants to the original purchaser for a period of one year from the date of original purchase, that the Air Lift Performance products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials when used on cars and trucks as specified by Air Lift Company and under normal operating conditions, subject to the requirements and exclusions set forth below.
WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
The warranty does not apply to products that have been improperly applied, improperly installed, or which have not been maintained in accordance with installation instructions furnished with all products. This warranty does not apply and is void if damage or failure is caused by: accident, abuse, misuse (including but not limited to racing or off-road activities or commercial use), abnormal use, faulty installation, liquid contact, fire, earthquake or other external cause; operating the product outside Air Lift Company’s instructions, specifications or guidelines; or service, alteration, maintenance or repairs performed by anyone other than Air Lift Company to the product from its purchased condition. This warranty also does not apply to: Universal Air (Fabricator Kits), consumable parts, such as batteries; cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches or dents; defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the product, or if any serial or identification number has been removed or defaced from the product. Air Lift Company reserves the right to change the design of any product without assuming any obligation to modify any product previously manufactured.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, this warranty and the remedies set forth herein are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, remedies and conditions, whether oral, written, statutory, express or implied. AIR LIFT COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL STATUTORY AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND WARRANTIES AGAINST HIDDEN OR LATENT DEFECTS TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. To the extent such warranties cannot be disclaimed, such implied warranties shall apply only for the warranty period specified above. Please note that some states do not allow limitation on how long an implied warranty (or condition) lasts. So the above limitation may not apply to you.
Except as provided in this warranty and to the extent permitted by law, Air Lift Company shall not be liable for any direct, special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition, or arising in connection with the sale, use or repair of air lift products, or under any other legal theory, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of revenue, loss of actual or anticipated profits, loss of the use of money, loss of business, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill, and loss of reputation. Air Lift Company’s maximum liability shall not in any case exceed the purchase price paid by you for the Air Lift product. Please note that some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
HOW TO GET SERVICE
If a defect in workmanship or materials causes your Air Lift Performance product to become inoperable within the warranty period, before returning any defective product, contact Only Charged Dubs Ltd as soon as practically possible to report this matter and receive a Returned Materials Authorization (RMA) number. The consumer shall be responsible for removing (labour charges) the defective product from the vehicle and returning it, to Only Charged Dubs for them to forward on to Air Lift Company for verification. Returns to Only Charged Dubs must be postage prepaid and sent to: Only Charged Dubs Ltd, Unit 2b Railway Court, Sandall Stones Road, Doncaster, DN3 1QR. You must prove to the satisfaction of Air Lift Company the date of original purchase of your Air Lift Performance product. You must also enclose the RMA number and a return address. You must also pack the product to minimize the risk of it being damaged in transit. If we receive a product in damaged condition as the result of shipping, we will notify you and you must seek a claim with the shipper.
WHAT AIR LIFT COMPANY WILL DO
If you submit a valid claim during the warranty period, Air Lift Company will, at its option, repair your Air Lift Performance product or furnish you with a new or rebuilt product. Air Lift Company will not reimburse you for repairs or replacement parts provided by other parties. Your repaired or replacement Air Lift Performance product will be returned to you and it will be covered under the warranty for the balance of the warranty period, if any. When a product or part is replaced, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes property of Air Lift Company. You are responsible for installation/reinstallation (labour charges) of the product.
HOW THE LAW RELATES TO THIS WARRANTY
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from country to country. By this warranty, Air Lift Company does not limit or exclude your rights except as allowed by law. To fully understand your rights, you should consult the laws of your country.

LIMITED WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY -
FOR ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED AFTER THE 3RD SEPTEMBER 2021
WHAT THIS WARRANTY COVERS
Air Lift Company provides either a Limited Lifetime Warranty, 2-Year Limited Warranty or 4-Year Limited Warranty, as specified above, to the original purchaser of its Air Lift Performance 3H ™, 3P™, and 3S™ Control/Air Management Systems, that the Air Lift Performance products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials when properly used on cars and trucks as specified by Air Lift Company and under normal operating conditions, subject to the requirements and exclusions set forth below. Qualifying for the extended 4-Year Limited Warranty on 3H™, 3P™ and 3S™ Air Management Systems and Accessories requires a purchase of the Air Management System with a front and rear suspension kit or four (4) Dominator Air Springs on the same purchase invoice or two invoices with a purchase date of each product within 45 days of each other.
Air Lift Company provides either a 1-Year Limited Warranty or 2-Year Limited Warranty, as specified above, to the original purchaser of its Air Lift Performance Performance Series and Slam Series suspension kits, that the Air Lift Performance products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials when properly used on cars and trucks as specified by Air Lift Company and under normal operating conditions, subject to the requirements and exclusions set forth below.
Air Lift Company provides a 90-Day Limited Warranty, as specified above, to the original purchaser of its Air Lift Performance compressors, that the Air Lift Performance products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials when properly used on cars and trucks as specified by Air Lift Company and under normal operating conditions, subject to the requirements and exclusions set forth below.
Air Lift Company provides no warranty on Universal products, except when Air Lift Performance Dominator 2500 or 2600 bags, set of 4, are purchased with an Air Lift Performance 3H ™, 3P™, and 3S™ Air Management/Control System, which carries to the original purchaser a 2-Year Limited Warranty, as specified above, that the Air Lift Performance products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials when properly used on cars and trucks as specified by Air Lift Company and under normal operating conditions, subject to the requirements and exclusions set forth below.
For all other Air Lift Performance products, Air Lift Company warrants to the original purchaser for a period of one year from the date of original purchase, that the Air Lift Performance products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials when properly used on cars and trucks as specified by Air Lift Company and under normal operating conditions, subject to the requirements and exclusions set forth below.

HOW ONLY CHARGED DUBS WILL HANDLE YOUR CLAIM
Only Charged Dubs (OCD) will only proceed with claims for customers who have purchased goods directly from our store.
We cannot handle claims where products have been sold elsewhere. We recommend owners who have purchased via other dealers to return to their original supplier for more info on their policies on warranty claims. Any purchaser who has faulty goods from a store that has either closed down or "rebranded" will need to speak with AirLift directly for instruction on how to claim warranty. We, as a different supplier, will not be able to assist.
OCD will work as a "middle man" between our customer and AirLift Company directly. Should the original purchaser contact OCD with a report of a warranty issue relating to any AirLift component, you will be asked a number of questions regarding your original order for security purposes. You will also be required to complete a Warranty Claim Form for audit purposes and to ensure we have all the details to proceed with a claim to AirLift. You will be required to return post the component needing repair once authorised by OCD and upon return of the completed warranty form. Please note that we can only process a warranty claim if the return address is the same as the billing or shipping address from your original order. If this information has changed since the original order, proof of address will be required. Eg. Driving Licence, utility bill etc. bearing the name of the original purchaser. Once this is authorised and the components received at OCD, we will then organise the export of these items back to the USA for inspection and testing. It is then solely in the hands of AirLift Company to assess the parts and repair or replace the items in question. AirLift Company retain the right to refuse the work at any time during the claim. Once AirLift Company have made their decision, the claim will be updated and parts returned to OCD. Once they arrive here with us, we will then forward them on to the original purchaser as per the address stated on the warranty form.
Please note that any second hand or pre-owned kits are NOT covered under AirLift Companies Limited Lifetime Warranty and this cover is not transferable between owners. Any new or unused kits sold by a person or company who is not a registered and authorised AirLift Company dealer is also void of any AirLift Company warranty.
Checks are made by us and AirLift Company alike upon receipt of the warranty forms to ensure that all warranty claims are honest, genuine and valid before any movements or repairs take place on components. Serial numbers of certain items are logged and there is an active audit of where AirLift parts are sent and sold on to, this is to protect the company and the exclusive warranty that AirLift provides. Should any claim be found to breach any of the terms on this page, they will be refused a claim and all items returned to the claimant in the condition they were received in.
