Air Installation

So you've picked your vehicles Air Suspension Pack & your desired Air Management Pack. Now it's time to get it all on your vehicle. If you're not comfortable with giving it ago yourself, then it's likely you'll want a professional installation.

Here at OCD we understand that not everyone has the funds or the space to live with a full boot install everyday. This is why we offer multiple levels of installs to help suit your needs. Just because you have a tight budget or still need to use your boot doesn't mean air ride is out of the question!

We can make your boot just as simple as you want it... As simple or as crazy as you like.

Below are some examples of our work, we take pride in every install we do and ensure the quality is up to our own and others, very high standards. We have broke down our builds into 3 separate categories, making it easier to choose which level of install better suits your needs.  

Don’t be put off by our basic installs just because they’re cheap.  We pride ourselves on the quality of work throughout all of our installs, meaning you know you will receive the same high level of work whether you are on a budget or not!  With the basics done we leave the creativity down to you…

Our Basic Installs Include:

• Full Strut and Management Installation
• Chassis Notch if required
• Spare Wheel Base for mounting of management components
• New boot floor, air tank mounted & trimmed in best match OEM carpet
• Pressure & Leak Check
• Management Calibration
• Vehicle Road Test

No hardlines can be included to a Basic level install

Our Intermediate level of install is our most common install and what we feel air ride is really all about, giving you a full air ride install to our high factory quality standards. The finished product can be customised to suit your needs, choosing from a huge selection of tanks and compressor set ups.

We have also opened the level up to 3 total sub-categories. Allowing us to cater to more designs & budgets.
These break down into -

 - Intermediate High

Our Intermediate Low Install Include:

• Full Strut and Management Installation
• Chassis Notch if required
• Spare Wheel Base for mounting of management components
• Spare wheel well carpeted, option of added sound deadening
• New boot floor, air tank mounted & trimmed in best match OEM carpet
• Simple hardline setup (aluminium brushed finish) OR simple window/opening design, for example compressor to air tank lines with manifold under floor OR window showing compressors & manifold mounted in wheel well
• Pressure / Leak Check & Management Calibration
• Vehicle Road Test

Our Intermediate Install Include:

• Full Strut and Management Installation

• Spare Wheel Base for mounting of management components
• Spare wheel well carpeted, option of added sound deadening
• New boot floor, air tank mounted & trimmed in best match OEM carpet

• LED lighting to window/opening
• Pressure / Leak Check & Management Calibration

• LED lighting to additional areas

Nickel PTC (push to connect) fittings are used with hardline as standard, option to upgrade to stainless compression fittings can be included at extra cost.

From Super Sleek Hardlines, Awesome Lighting and Custom Perspex Designs to Multiple Tanks Installs and Genuine Alcantara Trim, we have got it covered!

Stainless compression fittings will be used with hardlines as standard with Premium level install.
